Torrie Smith Associates Inc. provided program design, co-ordination and
leadership of several week-long seminars for visiting Chinese scientists
on technology transfer and technology assessment for World University Services
of Canada from 1987 to 1992 such as the 1992 Seminar entitled: Technology
Transfer and Canada-China Linkages and a 3 day seminar entitled Health,
Ethics and Technology Transfer for visiting Chinese medical scientists
and practitioners. (April-May 1992.)
